Service Animal Definition:

St. Martin Beach Resort & Spa follows the definition of a service animal under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which is a dog individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability.
(The hotel accepts dogs of 10 KG or lower)

Extra Fees:

We charge €50 daily as per fee, inclusive of taxes and service charges.

Guest Responsibility:

Guests are responsible for their service animals’ behavior and ensuring they are clean and well-behaved.

No Proof Required:

Service Dog Certification states that hotels cannot ask for proof of training or registration, only if the animal is a service animal and what work or task the animal is trained to perform.
